The Fairchild Corporation is engaged in the design and sale of protective clothing, helmets and technical accessories for motorcyclists in Europe and the United States; and in aerospace distribution businesses which stock and distribute a wide variety of parts to aircraft operators and aerospace customers providing aircraft parts and services to customers worldwide.

Fairchild Sports consists of Hein Gericke, PoloExpress and Fairchild Sports, USA, Inc. ("FSUSA"). These businesses design, manufacture and sell protective clothing, helmets and technical accessories for motorcyclists. Hein Gericke operates retail shops in Austria, Belgium, England, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, and PoloExpress operates  retail shops in Germany and Switzerland. FSUSA, located in Tustin, California, is a designer and distributor of motorcycle apparel under several labels, including Hein Gericke. In addition, FSUSA designs and contracts with manufacturers for the production of apparel under private labels for third parties, including Harley-Davidson, Honda, and Yamaha as well as for Harley-Davidson dealers under a licensing arrangement with Harley-Davidson.

Banner Aerospace is a diversified family of companies forming the aerospace distribution division of Fairchild. The corporate office is located in McLean, Virginia, with all sales and services provided through the subsidiary companies. We serve a number of customer markets worldwide, which include OEMs and their subcontractors, commercial and regional airlines, air cargo carriers, corporate and general aviation and FBOs.
